How the directory works
A listing is published by a professional who creates or manages an organization on The Trade Hub.
Who lists a company?
The listing starts with the company or a professional authorized to represent it.
1. The professional creates an account. 2. They create an organization or select an existing one. 3. They complete the company listing. 4. They choose to publish it in the directory.
DGDDI does not verify these listings. Verified management only means the platform confirmed a sufficient management link with the organization.
Management verification
Verification limits fake listings and impersonation.
Possible methods: SIRET match with the organization, professional email address, or company document sent to the team. This verification is not a customs authorization or administrative certification.
Updates
Listing content is updated by the organization admins. The Trade Hub may remove, hide, or correct a listing that is clearly abusive, misleading, or contrary to publication rules.
Ranking neutrality
Published listings are sorted by completeness, verified management status, freshness of update, then alphabetical order. No paid promotion. No opaque algorithmic ranking.
Legal basis and protected data
Listings concern legal entities. Data entered by organization admins is published under their responsibility. Personal data displayed on a listing requires explicit consent. Removal or correction can be requested at any time.
