Static converter for xenon headlights
This item is an electronic control unit (ECU) for motor vehicles, incorporating a starter, actuator, regulator, and shut-off circuit, housed in an aluminum casing (98 × 74 × 20 mm, 160 g). It converts the vehicle's 12 V DC power supply into high voltage (1,200 V DC, then AC) for igniting and maintaining the operation of xenon headlights, providing power supply and regulation for this lighting system. Generally classified as a part or accessory of electrical equipment for motor vehicles (tariff positions 8512 or 8537 depending on the predominant function), it is subject to REACH regulation, CE marking (if applicable), as well as electromagnetic compatibility and automotive safety standards.

Common mode choke coil
This is an electronic component called 'common mode choke coil' (3 × 3 × 2 cm, with a base), consisting of two insulated copper wire coils wound 1:1 on a ferrite core. It allows the differential signal current to pass (zero impedance) and attenuates common mode interference (high impedance) through the cancellation or addition of magnetic fields depending on the mode of passage. Main use: EMI filter / suppression of electromagnetic interference in electronic circuits. Regulatory specifics: subject to REACH regulation (copper/ferrite materials), electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements, RoHS compliance depending on the final application.
