Our story
The Trade Hub was born from a shared frustration: why is it so difficult to get a clear answer to a customs question? Why are trade professionals so often alone facing problems that others have already solved?
Drawing from our respective experiences — one in consulting and tax optimization, the other on the operational side in a large corporation — we identified the same need: a platform that centralizes expertise, facilitates peer-to-peer sharing, and makes customs regulations accessible to all.
The Trade Hub is our answer to that need. A platform created by trade professionals, for trade professionals.
The founders

Pierre-Olivier Mathieu
Co-founder
Passionate about optimizing international trade flows, Pierre-Olivier combines solid legal training (Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas) with hands-on experience at Carrefour. His specialty: turning tax and customs complexity into a competitive advantage for businesses.
Alicia Boissière
Co-founder
With over 12 years of experience in customs, Alicia knows the operational realities of the profession. As Group Customs Manager at EDF and VP of AUTF's Customs Commission, she brings a pragmatic vision and expertise recognized by her peers.
