Colostro bovino líquido, desgrasado y desencapsulado
Colostro bovino líquido, desgrasado y desencapsulado, presentado en frasco de 125 ml listo para la venta minorista, de color amarillo-marrón, ligeramente turbio. Su composición declarada (por 100 ml): 2,5–5,5 g de proteínas lácteas, 3,3 g de hidratos de carbono, < 0,5 g de materia grasa; alto contenido en inmunoglobulinas en comparación con la leche o el suero de leche. Uso principal: complemento alimenticio destinado al consumo humano, para tomar diariamente puro o diluido, sin indicación de un campo de aplicación específico. Particularidades reglamentarias: sometido a la legislación sobre complementos alimenticios de origen animal (seguridad, etiquetado, trazabilidad, alérgenos lácteos), requisitos REACH para materiales de embalaje, ausencia de alegaciones médicas sin base científica reconocida.

Skimmed-milk powder with added lactose, with the following composition (percentage by weight): 0,6 % milkfat, 33,5 % protein, 57 % lactose
Classification is determined by the provisions of General Rules 1 and 6 for the interpretation of the Combined Nomenclature, Note 1 to Chapter 4 and by the wording of CN codes 0404, 0404 90 and 0404 90 21. For the purposes of Chapter 4, lactose is considered as a natural milk constituent, rather than as a sugar or other sweetening matter. Though the product consists only of natural milk constituents, it cannot be classified under heading 0402, since, with the addition of lactose, the product no longer has the same composition as the natural skimmed-milk powder.
