Fracción de harina de guisante rica en proteínas
Producto obtenido mediante la separación de la harina de guisante (Pisum sativum) en una fracción proteica (54 % de proteínas/7,4 % de almidón en base seca), presentado en forma de polvo fino o pellets, envasado en sacos de 15 a 1 000 kg. Fabricado a partir de guisantes secos lavados, descascarados y molidos, la fracción rica en proteínas se aísla mediante centrifugación. Uso exclusivo y reconocible como alimento para animales. Este tipo de producto generalmente corresponde a la posición 2309 del CAU (preparaciones de los tipos utilizados para la alimentación de animales), sujeto a la ausencia de aditivos particulares o tratamientos que confieran un clasificación en otra partida. No se reportan restricciones particulares aparte del cumplimiento de la normativa sobre alimentos para animales.
