Tubo textil con gel para dedos y uñas
Tubo flexible, destinado a la venta minorista, compuesto por una envoltura textil de punto (85 % nylon, 15 % elastano) y una capa interna de gel plástico no alveolar, en diferentes longitudes y diámetros (65–150 mm × 15–30 mm), adaptable mediante corte. Diseñado específicamente para aliviar la presión y el dolor causados por rozaduras en los dedos, uñas o dedos del pie, este dispositivo de uso corporal se clasifica como artículo de higiene o cuidado personal no médico, pudiendo estar sujeto a requisitos sobre los materiales en contacto con la piel (REACH, biocompatibilidad) y a la normativa sobre dispositivos de confort en venta libre.

cinturón deportivo de punto
Cinturón deportivo tubular, confeccionado en punto (88 % poliéster, 12 % elastano), con una circunferencia de 66 cm, formado por la superposición y costura de dos piezas rectangulares. Reversible, elástico y sin cierres, incorpora un bolsillo plano con cierre de cremallera, dos pequeñas aberturas, una de ellas con cinta elástica, y catadióptricos para la visibilidad. Diseñado para llevarse en la cintura durante actividades deportivas para transportar pequeños objetos personales (llaves, tarjetas); clasificado entre los artículos textiles de vestir o accesorios para el deporte, sujeto a las normas sobre seguridad textil, etiquetado y materiales reflectantes.

Ortesis de tobillo con cordón
El artículo descrito es una ortesis de tobillo-pie, de tipo tobillera con cordón, compuesta principalmente por materiales textiles de ganchillo elásticos que incorporan una placa de plástico flexible integrada para estabilización. Colocada en el interior de un calzado, sirve para apoyar y mantener el tobillo durante la rehabilitación o la prevención de lesiones ligamentarias, permitiendo cierta movilidad. Este dispositivo ortopédico, que no impide totalmente los movimientos, contribuye a la compresión y estabilización del pie y la pantorrilla sin ejercer una inmovilización completa, por lo que se clasifica como equipo ortopédico en el sentido del CAU.

Estabilizador de muñeca
Artículo de mercería destinado a la estabilización de la muñeca, diseñado en forma de manguito textil (aprox. 20 cm), finamente acolchado en el lado de la palma, equipado con una férula palmar de aluminio plegable y dos estabilizadores dorsales blandos de plástico, todos desmontables e insertados en apliques especiales. Varias correas de Velcro permiten un ajuste preciso y la restricción del movimiento de la muñeca según sea necesario. Este producto, calificado como estabilizador u ortésis de muñeca, corresponde a artículos médico-quirúrgicos textiles u ortopédicos, sometidos a la normativa REACH para los materiales, a un etiquetado estricto, y puede estar incluido en la directiva relativa a los dispositivos médicos según la finalidad y el uso promovido.

Classification of the article in heading 9021 as orthopaedic appliance is excluded, because the hinges are not adjustable to a specific handicap of a patient. Moreover, the article does not show a high degree of precision. Therefore, the article is an ordinary support for general use and it does not serve a specific medical purpose. The adjustment of the article around the leg by two “velcro-type” strips, does not serve any specific medical purpose, because the “velcro- type” strips merely hold the knee-pad in place.
