Single-use assembly for bioprocessing with filters for gases: Bottle, filters and tubing with fittings. The assembly consists of single-use plastic components connected to each other for fluid transfer, sampling, freezing and storing small volume biopharmaceutical substances. The assembly components are a 500 mL bottle with a bottle stopper connected to a flexible tubing line and a connector for passing of an intake fluid. Another line consisting of flexible tubing, fittings and hydrophobic vent filters enables removal of pre-existing air from the bottle in aseptic environment to avoid contamination. Bottle is filled with a fluid for freezing and storage and imparts the essential character to the assembly.
