The product is a natural bee-derived edible preparation. Used as a natural sweetener and functional food The final product is 100% derived from bees, but it reflects the influence of the syrup and herbal ingredients metabolised by the bees. No additives or flavourings are introduced post-harvest. Thick golden to amber viscous fluid resembling traditional honey. . The product is put up for retail in glass or PET jars (250g- 500g) which are heat-sealed and labelled. The product is also put up in bulk (5kg – 10kg) for industrial and food services uses.
