Two strips of grosgrain textile material cut to a specified length, then attached by a short strip of elastic, then tied in a bow with a knot so that the loop is a specified diameter, with bow span and tail ends of a specified length. This is a made up decorative item for packaging. The completed item is imported in this manner. Woven from PET polyester thread.
