An electrically-operated multimedia machine made up of five main parts (machines). One part of the machine (Q-Desk)consists of a high resistance touch screen, two thermal printers, a card reader, a microphone and two loudspeakers, a personal computer and an uninterrupted power supply (UPS). It controls all the other connected parts (machines)and is a web connectable interactive client, complete with industrial mainboard and operates by Microsoft Windows XP Operating System. It is intended to be the terminal client for many multimedia, information and transactional services such as booking of activities and services, user authentication for the access to services, places and activities, payment and collection. Another part of the machine (Q-Vision)consists of a POS System, A4 document scanner and a barcode reader. Another part of the machine consists of either an A4 printer and a VOIP telephone(Q-Print module) or a spare paper container box (Q-Tower module). The fourth part (Q-Safe) consists of a safe storage equipped with a digital security door and lock. The fifth part (Q-Touch)consists of of a high resistance touch screen, a credit card and RFID reader, a microphone and two loudspeakers, a personal computer and an uninterrupted power supply (UPS). The fifth part may be used instead of the Q-DESK Module.
