GIR 5 (b) has been used to identify normal packaging for transport GIR 6 has been used to classify the goods to sub-heading 8484.20 – Mechanical Seals HSEN note C to heading 8484 Consideration given to CN code 84139100, but although the goods are often fitted as parts of pumps, heading 8484 covers the goods more specifically.
