Antragsangaben (als zutreffend unterstellt): Ethylalkohol, vergällt, nicht aus landwirtschaftlichen Rohstoffen hergestellt; Alkoholgehalt: mindestens 89 %vol; Vergällungsmittel (je 100 l reinen Ethylalkohol): mind. 1 g Denatoniumbenzoat, mind. 1 l Methylethylketon German norm (95-96 %mas Methylethylketon, 2,5-3 %mas Methylisopropylketon und 1,5-2 %mas Ethylisoamylketon).
Ethylalkohol und Branntwein mit beliebigem Alkoholgehalt, vergällt, nicht aus landwirtschaftlichen Rohstoffen, die im Anhang I des EG-Vertrags aufgeführt sind, hergestellt.
