Continuous mixers having all of the following, and specially designed components therefor: a. Designed or modified for mixing under vacuum in the range of zero to 13,326 kPa; b. Capable of controlling the temperature of the mixing chamber; c. any of the following: 1. Two or more mixing/kneading shafts; or 2. All of the following: a. A single rotating and oscillating shaft with kneading teeth/pins; and b. Kneading teeth/pins inside the casing of the mixing chamber.
