High explosive containment vessels, chambers, containers and other similar containment devices designed for the testing of high explosives or explosive devices and having both of the following characteristics: a. Designed to fully contain an explosion equivalent to 2 kg of trinitrotoluene (TNT) or greater; and b. Having design elements or features enabling real time or delayed transfer of diagnostic or measurement information.
