To qualify for the CETA preferential rate on HS 1903, products must satisfy the origin rule of type CTH + MaxNOM. A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
A change from any other heading, provided that: - the net weight of non-originating material of heading 1006 or heading 1101 to heading 1108 used in production does not exceed 20% of the net weight of the product, and - the net weight of non-originating sugar used in production does not exceed 20% of the net weight of the product.
