To qualify for the CETA preferential rate on HS 9101-9107, products must satisfy the origin rule of type change of tariff heading (CTH). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
A change from any other heading, except from heading 9108 to heading 9114.
A change from heading 9108 to heading 9114, whether or not there is also a change from any other heading, provided that the value of non-originating materials of heading 9108 to heading 9114 does not exceed 50% of the transaction value or ex-works price of the product.
