To qualify for the EU-Andean preferential rate on HS 2006, products must satisfy the origin rule of type specific processing (SP). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture in which: - the weight of all the materials of chapter 7 and chapter 8 used does not exceed 50% of the total weight of the product, and - the value of all the materials of chapter 17 used does not exceed 30% of the ex-works price of the product.
