To qualify for the EU-Andean preferential rate on HS 2009, products must satisfy the origin rule of type specific processing (SP). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture: - from materials of any heading, except that of the product - the weight of all the materials of chapter 7 and chapter 8 used does not exceed 50% of the total weight of the product, and - in which the value of all the materials of chapter 17 used does not exceed 30% of the ex-works price of the product.
