To qualify for the EU-Andean preferential rate on HS 2915, products must satisfy the origin rule of type specific processing (SP). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture from materials of any heading. However, the value of all the materials of heading 2915 and heading 2916 used must not exceed 20% of the ex-works price of the product.
Manufacture in which the value of all the materials used does not exceed 50% of the ex-works price of the product.
