To qualify for the EU-Egypt preferential rate on HS 1301, products must satisfy the origin rule of type maximum non-originating materials (MaxNOM). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture in which the value of all the materials of heading 1301 used does not exceed 50% of the ex-works price of the product.
