To qualify for the JEFTA preferential rate on HS 1903, products must satisfy the origin rule of type change of chapter (CC). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
CC: All non-originating materials used in the production of the good have undergone a change in tariff classification at the 2-digit level (chapter), provided that the total weight of non-originating materials of heading 10.06 and 1101 to 1108 used does not exceed 10% of the weight of the product.
