To qualify for the EU-Korea FTA preferential rate on HS 2106, products must satisfy the origin rule of type MaxNOM + CTH + WO. A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture: - from materials of any heading, except that of the product, in which all the materials of subheading 121120 and subheading 130219 used are wholly obtained, and in which the value of all the materials of chapter 4 used does not exceed 30% of the ex-works price of the product, and the value of all the materials of chapter 17 used does not exceed 30% of the ex-works price of the product.
