To qualify for the EU-Mexico preferential rate on HS 6402-6404, products must satisfy the origin rule of type maximum non-originating materials (MaxNOM). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture in which: - all the materials used are classified within a heading other than that of the product, except uppers or parts thereof, other than stiffeners, of heading 6406, - the value of all the materials used does not exceed 60% of the ex-works price of the product.
