To qualify for the EU-Turkey CU preferential rate on HS 1901-1905, products must satisfy the origin rule of type wholly obtained (WO).
CTH: All non-originating materials used in the production of the good have undergone a change in tariff classification at the 4-digit level (tariff heading), provided that: - all the materials of chapter 4 used are wholly obtained - the total weight of non-originating materials of chapter 2, chapter 3 and chapter 16 used does not exceed 20% of the weight of the product - the total weight of non-originating materials of heading 1006 and heading 1108 used does not exceed 20% of the weight of the product, and - the total weight of non-originating materials of heading 1701 and heading 1702 used does not exceed 40% of the weight of the product.
