To qualify for the EU-Turkey FTA preferential rate on HS 2309, products must satisfy the origin rule of type wholly obtained (WO). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
CTH: All non-originating materials used in the production of the good have undergone a change in tariff classification at the 4-digit level (tariff heading), provided that: - all the materials of chapter 2 and chapter 4 used are wholly obtained - the total weight of non-originating materials of heading 1001 to heading 1004, heading 1007 to heading 1008, chapter 11, and heading 2302 and heading 2303 used does not exceed 20% of the weight of the product, and - the total weight of non-originating materials of heading 1701 and heading 1702 used does not exceed 20% of the weight of the product.
