To qualify for the TCA preferential rate on HS 5601, products must satisfy the origin rule of type specific processing (SP). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.

Coating, flocking, laminating, or metalizing combined with at least two other main preparatory or finishing operations (such as calendering, shrink-resistance processes, heat setting, permanent finishing), provided that the value of non- originating materials used does not exceed 50% of the ex-works price (EXW) of the product.
