Picnic mat
Picnic mats approximately 200 × 150 cm, composed of two layers of synthetic fiber fabric, one of which is partially laminated with a plastic fabric to limit moisture, the whole being hemmed and equipped with a Velcro closure flap and a textile handle for transport. Main use: an insulating and comfortable surface for temporary outdoor use (picnic, relaxation). The classification points towards heading 6306 (articles for camping, picnics, or outdoor activities, made of textiles), as the primary function is provided by the textile material, with the plastic lamination being secondary and non-waterproof. No specific CE or REACH marking requirements for this type of common textile article.

Plastic and textile floating water toy
Oval floating item (approximately 180 cm × 95 cm) used as a water leisure device, composed of a lightweight mesh textile net, supported by a tube and an inflatable pillow made of plastics covered with synthetic fabric. Although the external surface and contact area are entirely textile (predominance in volume and usage), the mass and value of the plastics are greater. Designed to float on water, similar to an air mattress or inflatable chair. Despite its textile appearance, the customs classification (RGI 1 and 3b) points towards heading 3926 (other articles of plastics, e.g., inflatable leisure mattresses or chairs), provided it does not fall into a more specific heading. Compliance with safety standards for swimming articles may be required.

Camping mattress or beach mat
A product measuring 160 × 54 × 38 cm, weighing approximately 1.5 kg, composed of two fabric layers with an internal core of cellular plastic material, with one internal fabric face being plasticized. It includes a foldable metal frame backrest adjustable in height via a strap with a buckle, and is equipped with a storage bag, a carrying strap, and hook-and-loop fasteners ("Velcro") for securing during transport or storage. It can be used as a camping mattress or beach mat, foldable and portable, classified among bedding or outdoor articles, subject to general safety requirements for recreational or leisure articles (REACH regulation, textile flammability, labeling).
