The 2 cup Coffeebrewer is best described as a disposable French press. Inside the pouch is a filter with 18 g of freshly ground specialty coffee. To brew 2 cups of coffee, all you need is to open it, pour 300ml hot water into it., and let it brew 3-5 min.
The difference to the existing 3 cup Coffeebrewer is the easy to use snap off spout to serve the coffee.
The coffeelosebrewer is a combined coffee brewing system, based on a stand up pouch. The single materials which are used for the production are:
- PP coated Paper Laminates for outer sides
- CPP film for the filtermaterial of the coffee
- PP/PE film laminate for the bottom of the pouch
- PP pour spout to open the pouch
- PE(PP coated) zipper system, to close the filled pouch
- Paper based labels on front- and backside
The production of the pouch runs on a fully automatic form, fill and seal machine, especially developed and build for this complex application. The machine and technology is the first of its kind and nearly worldwide patented.
All components of the pouch are provided as single films and are step by step processed by the system to the already finished pouch. At least, 18 g of fresh grounded speciality coffee filled in the pouch, finish's the Coffeebrewer.
