The product is a water-based anti-condensation compound, that is applied to the underside of single skin roofing, mainly used in storage containers and industrial buildings. The product is applied by spray to an average thickness of 1.5mm, provides a highly textured surface in standard light grey, other colours are available on request. The product works by giving the underside of the roof sheeting an insulation value, this isn't enough to combat heat loss but, is sufficient to minimise the time dewpoint surface temperatures appear, on the surface of the coating meaning much less condensation forming, after a frost or high levels of humidity, any condensation that forms on the coating's surface, is immediately absorbed. The product can hold approximately 1 litre of water per m2 in a 1.5mm thickness, once conditions change to drying, this moisture is rapidly evaporated, aided by the massive increase in the surface drying area, obtained by the highly textured surface.
Product is put up in 25 litre buckets/tins, 224 litre barrels and 1000 litre Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC’s).
