Solar panel mounting components. Goods are not made up into individual kits but supplied with different components palletised in a container. ie - rails together, clamps together etc. These will be made up into kits for roof installation of solar photovoltaic panels. The kits are made up from the following components : Roof hooks (Various) depending on roof type – Which attach to the roof rafters. Roof rails – which attach to the roof hooks and to which the solar panels are attached with clamps; Rail Joiners – which extend the length of the rails; Rail clamps(Middle and End) which attach to the roof rails which then hold the solar panels in place. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=navB-Dc5tlk The components are made up as follows: Composition of rails, clamps, joiners Rails and Joiners: AL6005-T5 Roof Hook: AL6005-T5 and SUS 304 Clamps: SUS 304 AL6005-T5 The alloy composition of 6005 aluminium is:[2] • Aluminium: 97.5 to 99.0% • Chromium: 0.1% max • Copper: 0.1% max • Iron: 0.35% max • Magnesium: 0.4 to 0.6% • Manganese: 0.1% max • Silicon: 0.6 to 0.9% • Titanium: 0.1% max • Zinc: 0.1% max • Residuals: 0.15% max SUS304 EN 1.4301 grade 304 Stainless Steel 18/8 (18% chromium 8% nickel) Not Welded Unassembled Description of goods: These aluminium kits are used to create a mounting system to attach solar panels to domestic house roofs, they are assembled by attaching stainless steel roof hooks to the internal rafters of the roof which protrude externally onto the roof. Aluminium rails are then attached to the roof hooks and are extended using aluminium joiners if necessary. Stainless steel clamps are then attached to the rails to allow the solar panels to be clamped at the edges and in between two panels to secure them in position. Due to the variation in the different types of tiles used in domestic situations in Ireland, different roof hooks contained within the kits are used for Flat tile, Slate or Pantile roofs.

These aluminium kits are used to create a non-flammable decking surface suitable for a variety of locations but primarily intended in response to post- Grenfell legislation to replace flammable alternatives when used above 16m, either as a drain-through or fully piped solution according to BS8579. Each Hyperion decking kit contains all the parts required to assemble a deck at 600mm centres without any further finishing or fabrication. The products are made through a number of processes. Boards and joists are extruded billet, that are pre-treated, powder coated before being cut to length and machined to add details like slots for fixing. Screws are produced using extruded steel wire cold forged to produce a thread and head before being coated to prevent corrosion. Clips are injection moulded plastic from recycled sources. How it works: The kit is assembled using a electric screwdriver, with the parts fixing together using the included fixings to create a finished decking surface. How it is packaged Due to the size of the product delivery must take place on our own 3.6m pallets. Packaging is in bulk brown paper wrapping for the 3.6m components and brown card for fixings and clips.

A Garden Room, with an Aluminium frame, louvered roof and side screens, made from toughened aluminium. The main frames and roof shutters are made from toughened aluminium with a white powder coating. There are two easy wind mechanisms on the back two corners of the garden room that open and close the roof louvres to allow light and air in as and when required. The louvered roof when closed is completely waterproof but also has drainage channels housed within the shuttered sections which allows excess rainwater to drain off and down specially engineered channels on the inside of the legs and then out through the bottom. The side screens fit into the crossbeam and legs of the main structure as a cassette mechanism. This allows you to pull down the screen to the required length. The side screens are made from Textilene which is made of PVC coated woven polyester non-stretch yarn. Textilene is a contract fabric in terms of durability, specially formulated from yarns developed to withstand wear and tear of outdoor use. The main structure is shipped unassembled with side panels and side screens and are available in various sizes
