Solar panel mounting components.
Goods are not made up into individual kits but supplied with different components palletised in a container. ie - rails together, clamps together etc.
These will be made up into kits for roof installation of solar photovoltaic panels.
The kits are made up from the following components :
Roof hooks (Various) depending on roof type – Which attach to the roof rafters.
Roof rails – which attach to the roof hooks and to which the solar panels are attached with clamps;
Rail Joiners – which extend the length of the rails;
Rail clamps(Middle and End) which attach to the roof rails which then hold the solar panels in place.

Description of goods:
These aluminium kits are used to create a mounting system to attach solar panels to domestic house roofs, they are assembled by attaching stainless steel roof hooks to the internal rafters of the roof which protrude externally onto the roof. Aluminium rails are then attached to the roof hooks and are extended using aluminium joiners if necessary. Stainless steel clamps are then attached to the rails to allow the solar panels to be clamped at the edges and in between two panels to secure them in position.
Due to the variation in the different types of tiles used in domestic situations in Ireland, different roof hooks contained within the kits are used for Flat tile, Slate or Pantile roofs.
