THE AVERAGE BULK DENSITY SHALL BE NO LESS THAN 2.5 G/CM3 WHEN DETERMINED BY THE METHOD COVERED BY ASTM B 212. THE ZIRCALOY POWDER SHALL BE PACKAGED IN A NON-CONTAMINATING MEDIUM AND SEALED UNDER MOISTURE FREE INERT GAS OF SUCH QUALITY THAT THE REQUIREMENTS OF PRODUCT ARE MAINTAINED DURING SHIPMENT AND STORAGE.
