THIS SYSTEM IS FOR THE REMOVAL OF WATER, ALGAE, SLUDGE AND LOSS OF COMBUSTIBILITY FROM DIESEL FUEL WHEN IT IS STORED FOR ANY LENGTH OF TIME.

Fluid Filtering Tube Set. This is used in the pharmaceutical industry and its primary function is to filter fluid going through the assembly by filling and emptying the tubing and to monitor the pressure of the pumped liquid through the filter. It consists of one liquid Optical XLT 10 capsule 0.22µ (microns) filter, one Pendotech pressure measuring sensor, various plastic articles including tubing, fasteners clamps, gaskets, retainers and reducers, used to connect tubing and components to reach desired length and retain desired flow/pressure. The filter media is made from Polypropylene / Polyvinylidene Fluoride with the whole assembly being single use. The filter gives the essential character of the whole assembly.

Assembly is non-sterile and for single use.

THESE ARE PFA (PLASTIC) LINED FILTERS DESIGNED TO PREVENT LARGER OBJECTS FROM PASSING ALONG A PIPELINE. THE STRAINER HAS A PFA LINED DUCTILE IRON BODY. THE PFA LINING AND PTFE MESH AND BASKET ENSURE LONG LIFE IN THE MOST ARDUOUS CONDITIONS. THE FILTER MEMBRANE DOES NOT EXCEED 140 MICRONS.

EQUIPMENT FOR USE IN THE PRODUCTION OF BIOPHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS-FILTRATION SKIDS. THESE SYSTEMS ARE IMPORTED ON A SKID WHICH INCORPORATES FILTER HOUSING AND MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT. THE FUNCTION OF THE FILTRATION SKIDS IS TO RECEIVE PRODUCT FROM THE PURIFICATION VESSELS AND FILTER PRODUCT THROUGHOUT THE BIOPHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTION PROCESS. THE EQUIPMENT IS NOT CONSIDERED AN ULTRAFILTRATION DIA-FILTRATION UNIT. THE SYSTEMS MAY BE IMPORTED IN A SINGLE CONSIGNMENT OR AS A SPLIT CONSIGNMENT.
