A buffer preparation skid assembly. This is a stainless-steel vessel with a heating coil embedded in the jacket used as a buffer preparation skid which incorporates several components such as agitator, pump, heat exchanger, valves, control unit, each providing essential functionality to the overall skid. These components all work together to prepare, store and deploy buffer solution. It will be used in the pharmaceutical sector.

Clean in place (CIP) skid. A pre-assembled system that automatically dispenses cleaning solutions which is circulated through process equipment such as tanks and pipes without the need for disassembly. The CIP consists of stainless-steel vessels, pipework, stainless steel framing, filters, heat exchanger and control board.

Watch winder which is a device for winding automatic watches. It is in the design of a robot and made from cast aluminium. It has an internal plastic winding mechanism, motor, LED lights and batteries. 2.224kg in weight, 165mm wide x 343mm high x 205mm deep.

A mobile dosing system. The unit floats in a water trough and can be easily removed and refilled. It utilises a dosing peristaltic pump and a computer to dose liquid minerals into a water trough. Precise amounts of liquid minerals are dispersed from a reservoir contained within the mobile unit based on a pre-programmed dosing schedule communicated via APP on a smartphone. Also comes with re-chargeable battery.

An automated wall mounted unit. The unit utilises a CPU and pump to disperse precise amounts of pre-programmed mineral liquid supplements into a water system. The pre-programmed scheduled dosage is communicated to the wall mounted unit via App on a smartphone. There is no water meter, the unit follows water consumption pattern pre-programmed on APP.
