AN ELECTRIC ACTUATOR UNIT.
CONSISTS OF MULTIPLE MODULES: INCLUDING A POWER SUPPLY, A TRANSFORMER, A MOTOR, GEARS AND A CONTROLLER WHICH ARE FITTED TOGETHER IN A COMMON HOUSING.
IT HAS AN OUTPUT OF LESS THEN 500 WATTS AND IS USED TO OPERATE VALVES.
THE EQUIPMENT OPERATES ON A THREE-PHASE 380 VOLT 50 HZ AC POWER SUPPLY, WHICH IS INTERNALLY TRANSFORMED INTO A 20 V DC POWER IN ORDER TO BE CONSUMED BY THE MOTOR MODULE.
ALL THESE MODULES OF THE ELECTRIC ACTUATOR ARE HIGHLY INTEGRATED, SUCH THAT EACH MODULE IS AN INTEGRAL AND INSEPARABLE PART OF THE ENTIRE EQUIPMENT AND NONE OF THEM CAN PERFORM ITS FUNCTION INDEPENDENTLY OF THE INTEGRATED EQUIPMENT.
SUCH HIGH INTEGRATION LIES NOT ONLY IN THE COMMON HOUSING IN WHICH ALL THE COMPONENTS ARE PLACED BUT ALSO THE INTRICATE DESIGN THAT THOROUGHLY COMBINES ALL THE MODULES TOGETHER RATHER THAN SIMPLY CONNECTING THEM THROUGH CABLES OR DEVICES.
