Electronic detector module (PCB module) designed for AC installations. The module continuously monitors the electrical signals in an AC load circuit up to 40 A. It detects series and parallel arc faults, measures residual current and monitors the supply voltage for overvoltage conditions. When a fault condition is detected, the module activates an on-board TRIAC, which in turn energizes a solenoid (supplied separately) that activates the interrupting device. It is for integration into protective devices such as arc-fault detection circuit breakers.
Printed Circuit Board Assembly. It comprises a main control PCB and a separate sensing PCB. The complete assembly functions as the active element of a residual current protective device for socket-outlet applications (SRCD). When a residual current fault is detected by the sensing PCB through the current transformer, a signal is sent to the main PCB to energize the solenoid and open the mechanical contacts, interrupting the circuit. The main PCB includes the electronic control circuit and the mechanically latched tripping mechanism which incorporates the solenoid, plunger, magnetic concentrator, and reset mechanism. The sensing PCB includes precision resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, thyristor, and a proprietary ASIC for signal conditioning and control. Rated voltage: 230–240 VAC, rated load current: 20A, residual operating current: 10 mA or 30 Ma
THE CHARGE/CONTACTOR CONTROL UNIT IS A REPLACEABLE UNIT IN POWER FEED EQUIPMENT. IT IS HOUSED IN THE CONVERTER REAR CHASSIS AND ITS PURPOSE IS TO PROTECT THE 50V STATION SUPPLY AGAINST THE CURRENT SURGE THAT WOULD OTHERWISE HAPPEN WHEN THE HV CONVERTERS ARE CONNECTED TO THAT SUPPLY. THE UNIT IS 100MM BY 100MM BY 40MM.
THE PRODUCT IS KNOWN AS " GAS DISCHARGE TUBE ". THESE ARE SINGLE PROTECTION DEVICES. THEY PREVENT DAMAGE TO TELEPHONY & DATALINE PROTECTION EQUIPMENT BY CREATING A SHORT CIRCUIT WHEN THE ELECTRICAL SURGE EXCEEDS THE SURGE SPARKER VOLTAGE. WHEN THE SURGE PASSES & THE SYSTEM VOLTAGE RETURNS TO NORMAL LEVELS THE GAS DISCHARGE TUBE RETURNS TO ITS HIGH IMPEDENCE.
A Residual Current Monitor. It is designed to detect DC and AC residual currents in Mode 2 EV charging systems under fault conditions. When a residual fault current that exceeds the rated AC or DC levels is detected, the Output pin will switch to the fault state within the specified response times. The product consists of a PCBA and CT contained inside a plastic housing. It includes a 14 mm aperture current transformer and a sensor PCB for direct OEM PCB mounting. The PCBA consists of both passive and active components, including an integrated circuit microcontroller. It operates with a supply voltage of 12V DC +/- 10%. The residual current monitor is a compact solution designed to be panel mounted. It has a JST connector for easy installation.
