A VISOR SPECIALLY DESIGNED AND ONLY USABLE FOR THE RAPTOR, I.E. A WEARABLE BATTERY OPERATED EYE WEAR DEVICE REFERRED TO AS SMART GLASSES. (NOT THE SUBJECT OF THIS BTI) THE RAPTOR COMES WITH THE DARK TINT VISOR ALREADY ATTACHED TO THE RAPTOR RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX. THE VISOR IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE RAPTOR SMART GLASSES AND ENABLES DISPLAY OF INFORMATION. THE VISOR IS AVAILABLE IN TWO VERSIONS IE THE RAPTOR DARK TINT VISOR AND THE LIGHT TINT VISOR. FOR DARKER LIGHTING CONDITIONS, BOTH ARE SOLD SEPARATELY AND ARE USED FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE ORIGINAL VISOR. THE VISOR IS MADE OF POLYCARBONATE AND IS PACKED IN A RETAIL PACKAGING (SEPARATE POUCH) INCLUDING AN ARC BRIDGE, CLEANING CLOTH, AND USER GUIDE. THE VISOR NET WEIGHT IS APPROX 13 GRAMS. THE VISOR SHOULD BE CONSIDERED AS A (REPLACING) PART OF THE ORIGINAL VISOR AND IS SPECIALLY DESIGNED AND CAN ONLY BE USED FOR THIS RAPTOR.THE VISOR CANNOT BE USED SEPARATELY AND/ OR BE USED WITH ANY OTHER DEVICE. THE VISOR IS OPTICALLY WORKED TO ENABLE THE RAPTOR TO DISPLAY INFORMATION ON THE VISOR.

CONTACT LENSE. IT IS POLYMER BASED AND STORED IN 0.9% SALINE SOLUTION. THE PRODUCT IS STERILE AND PACKED INSIDE POLYPROPYLENE BLISTER PACKS. INSIDE POLYPROPYLENE BLISTER PACKS.

Rotary Encoder Sensor. It is a mechanical sensor that detects when a rotary dial is being turned and in what direction, this allows a user to precisely control volume / temperature / mode etc via a knob. The sensor consists of four parts: • frame (made of tin plate), • moving contact (liquid crystal polymer, phosphor bronze, silver plating), • insulating case (polyphenylene sulfide), • terminal (phosphor bronze, silver plating). The sensors are imported on a reel with 800 sensors per reel.

Photo Exposure Unit. A negative or image on acetate/transparency is put down on the plate of glass, the silk screen with dried emulsion is laid on top. The vacuum lid of the device is pulled down over the screen. Using the touch screen panel, the machine is timed for whatever exposure required, the LED bulbs light up & transfer the image onto the screen. When the time is up, the LEDs turn off. The screen is removed and washed down with water and the image is now a stencil for screen-printing. The touch screen has memory to record the times used for different images. It does not connect to a computer. Size 1275mm x 1075mm.
