Photo Exposure Unit. A negative or image on acetate/transparency is put down on the plate of glass, the silk screen with dried emulsion is laid on top. The vacuum lid of the device is pulled down over the screen. Using the touch screen panel, the machine is timed for whatever exposure required, the LED bulbs light up & transfer the image onto the screen. When the time is up, the LEDs turn off. The screen is removed and washed down with water and the image is now a stencil for screen-printing. The touch screen has memory to record the times used for different images.
