Gel antidolor
Gel antidolor tópico formulado a base de alcohol isopropílico, mentol, alcanfor, extractos vegetales (Ilex paraguariensis), carbómero, trietanolamina, excipientes y colorantes, destinado a uso externo para el alivio temporal de dolores musculares y articulares (artritis, dolores de espalda, esguinces, distensiones). Uso principal: aplicación cutánea con finalidad analgésica local. Particularidades regulatorias: sujeto a la legislación sobre dispositivos médicos o cosméticos según el estado comercial (alegaciones y presentación), requisitos de etiquetado, sustancias restringidas REACH/COSMOS, evaluación de seguridad para ingredientes activos y excipientes.

parches para los pies
El producto es un surtido de parches adhesivos compuestos, entre otros, por turmalina, chitosán, vinagre de madera, polvo de perlas, sílice, ácido glicólico y dextrina, presentados en una caja individual. Según las indicaciones proporcionadas, estos parches están destinados a ser aplicados en la planta de los pies durante 8 a 10 horas con el fin declarado de mejorar la circulación sanguínea y eliminar toxinas corporales. Considerando su función principalmente reivindicada de bienestar, sin acción terapéutica comprobada en el sentido farmacéutico, se trata de preparados diversos para uso corporal, generalmente clasificados en la posición 3304 (artículos de belleza, cuidado del cuerpo, incluidos parches no terapéuticos), siempre que ningún ingrediente activo confiera propiedades farmacéuticas según la norma aduanera; en caso contrario, puede ser necesario examinar la posición 3004. El producto también está sujeto a las regulaciones sobre cosméticos (seguridad, marcado CE, sustancias restringidas).

Whereas to ensure uniform application of the nomenclature of the Common Customs Tariff, provision should be made for the tariff classification of a base preparation for chewing gum, in the form of cylindrical pieces consisting (by weight) of 34 % butyl rubber, 15 % polyethylene, 13 % poly(vinyl acetate), 28 % vegetable resin and 10 % calcium carbonate; Whereas heading No 38.19 of the Common Customs Tariff, annexed to Council Regulation (EEC) No 950/68 (2), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3000/82 (3) includes inter alia preparations of the chemical and allied industries not elsewhere specified or included; Whereas the product in question has the characteristics of a preparation of the chemical or allied industries; Whereas, in the absence of a more specific heading, it must be classified in heading No 3824; whereas, within that heading, subheading 3824 90 97 is appropriate; Whereas the provisions of this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Committee on Common Customs Tariff Nomenclature, Documented CN 2026 code: 38249993, 3824.
