Alfombra de picnic
Alfombra de picnic de aproximadamente 200 × 150 cm, compuesta por dos capas de tejido de fibras sintéticas, una de las cuales está parcialmente estratificada con un tejido plástico para limitar la humedad, todo ello rematado con dobladillo y equipado con una solapa de cierre con velcro y un asa de tela para su transporte. Uso principal: superficie aislante y cómoda para uso exterior temporal (picnic, descanso). La clasificación se orienta hacia la posición 6306 (artículos para camping, picnic o actividades al aire libre, en materiales textiles), ya que la función esencial está determinada por el material textil, siendo la lámina plástica subsidiaria y no impermeabilizante. No existen requisitos específicos de marcado CE o REACH para este tipo de artículo textil habitual.

Artículo de plástico y textil para flotar en el agua
Artículo flotante ovalado (aprox. 180 cm × 95 cm) destinado a actividades recreativas acuáticas, compuesto por una red de textil de malla ligera, sostenida por un tubo y un cojín inflables en materiales plásticos recubiertos de tejido sintético. Aunque la superficie externa y la zona de contacto son completamente en material textil (predominancia en volumen y uso), la masa y el valor de los materiales plásticos son superiores. Diseñado para flotar en el agua, similar a un colchón o sillón inflable. A pesar del aspecto textil, la clasificación en la Nomenclatura Combinada (NC) (RGI 1 y 3b) se orienta hacia la posición 3926 (otros artículos en materias plásticas, por ejemplo, colchones o sillones inflables de ocio), sujeto a que no pertenezca a una posición más específica. Puede ser necesario cumplir con las normas de seguridad para artículos de baño.

Artículo de dimensiones 160 × 54 × 38 cm, que pesa aproximadamente 1,5 kg, compuesto por dos capas de tejido con relleno interno en material plástico alveolar, una cara interna del tejido siendo plastificada. Incorpora un respaldo con marco metálico plegable, ajustable en altura mediante una correa con hebilla, y equipado con una bolsa de almacenamiento, una correa de transporte y bandas autoadherentes («velcro») para su fijación durante el transporte o almacenamiento. Puede ser utilizado como un colchón de campamento o tapiz de playa, plegable y portátil, clasificándose en los artículos de ropa de cama o de exterior, sometido a los requisitos generales de seguridad para artículos destinados a un uso recreativo o de ocio (reglamento REACH, inflamabilidad de textiles, etiquetado).

Classification is determined by general rules 1 and 6 for the interpretation of the Combined Nomeclature, notes 7(f) and 8 (a) to Section XI, note 1 to Chapter 63 and by the wording of CN codes 6306 and 6306 90 00 Other made-up woven textile articles belong to Chapter 63 according to note 8(a) to Section XI and note 1 to Chapter 63 According to general rules 1 and 6, the article is classified under camping goods, because — considering its objective characteristics — the article is made of a rectangular made-up woven textile fabric which is suspended on both sides by means of braided cords and because the article assumes the body shape of the person who sits or lies in it, since the product does not have a defined seating area. The article can be used indoors and outdoors Therefore, the article has to be classified — like a hammock — under camping goods in heading 6306. See the Harmonised System explanatory notes to heading 6306 (5), according to which camping goods include, among others, hammocks.
