El producto es una variedad de artículos de tocador envasados para la venta minorista, compuesto por un vaso, un porta jabón, un recipiente cilíndrico para cepillos de dientes y un dispensador de jabón líquido. Todos los artículos están fabricados en loza, con excepción de la bomba de plástico del dispensador, y presentan un diseño homogéneo. Destinado a uso doméstico para la higiene personal, este conjunto generalmente corresponde a la posición 6912 (obras en cerámica para usos domésticos), clasificándose en conjunto según la RGI 3 b) por la materia que confiere su carácter esencial, a saber, la loza. El artículo también debe cumplir con los requisitos de seguridad aplicables a los artículos de baño y con la conformidad de los materiales en contacto con productos de higiene.

Classification is determined by General Rules 1 and 6 for the interpretation of the Combined Nomenclature, Note 3 to Section XVI and by the wording of CN codes 8527 and 8527 99 00. Within the meaning of Note 3 to Section XVI, the component which provides the principal function of the composite machine is the radio-broadcast receiver. The amplification and processing of sound are considered to be secondary functions compared with reception for radio- broadcasting.
