Vehículo utilitario todo-terreno nuevo de cuatro ruedas motrices, equipado con un motor diésel de 720 cm³, peso neto de aproximadamente 630 kg, cabina abierta de dos plazas con estructura de protección, caja basculante reforzada (capacidad 0,4 m³/400 kg), mecanismo manual de vuelco, neumáticos todo-terreno y dispositivos de enganche delantero y trasero. Presenta una altura libre al suelo elevada, velocidad limitada a 25 km/h y una fuerte capacidad de frenado. Diseñado para transportar o remolcar cargas pesadas y realizar diversas tareas en terrenos difíciles, pertenece a la categoría de vehículos utilitarios para uso agrícola, forestal o de mantenimiento, sometidos a la normativa CE para vehículos nuevos (seguridad, compatibilidad electromagnética, homologación), requisitos de conformidad REACH y especificaciones técnicas propias de maquinaria agrícola o industrial según su uso declarado.

Classification is determined by General Rules 1, 2 (a) and 6 for the interpretation of the Combined Nomenclature and by the wording of CN codes 8704, 8704 21 and 8704 21 91. The vehicle is classified under heading 8704 because, as presented, it has the essential character of a complete or finished vehicle (General Rule 2 (a), first sentence). It has an open cabin, a bench-seat for two persons (including the driver), and an open load- area with the approximate dimensions 1,2 m long by 1,4 m wide. The load- capacity is approximately 900 kg.
