To qualify for the EU-Chile preferential rate on HS 3205, products must satisfy the origin rule of type maximum non-originating materials (MaxNOM). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture from materials of any heading, except heading 3203, heading 3204 and heading 3205. However, materials of heading 3205 may be used, provided that their total value does not exceed 20% of the ex-works price of the product.
