To qualify for the EEA/EFTA preferential rate on HS 5605, products must satisfy the origin rule of type specific processing (SP). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
Spinning of natural and / or man-made staple fibres.
Extrusion of man-made fibres combined with spinning.
