This product is for human consumption Apple juice and sugar are fermented together to produce apple cider. Product is diluted, sweetened, and adjusted for colour and acidity before packaging.

Apple Cider For human consumption. This has an ABV of 4.5% The minimum juice content of the finished cider is 40%. The shelf life of this product is 9 months.

Dry Cider This is for human consumption. This contains 4.7% ABV. The minimum juice content of the finished cider is 43%. The shelf life is 12 months.

A STABLE FERMENTED PERRY BASE INTENDED FOR USE IN THE MANUFACTURE OF A RANGE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, WITH AN ABV OF 16.0% TO 16.5%. THE BASE IS IN LIQUID FORM AND IS PRESENTED IN BULK

THIS BTI REPLACES BTI GB 120736793 FERMENTED BASE (HIGH STRENGTH APPLE CIDER) 18% ABV, INTENDED FOR USE IN THE MANUFACTURE OF A RANGE OF BEVERAGES. THE FERMENTED CIDER IS CARBON TREATED, DE-ACIDIFIED AND FILTERED. PRESENTED IN BULK LIQUID FORM. THE PRODUCT IS OBTAINED WHOLLY BY FERMENTATION, AND ANY PROCESSES UNDERGONE ARE NORMAL IN THE PRODUCTION OF FERMENTED ALCOHOL. THE PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN SUBJECT TO ANY ULTRA-FILTRATION, REVERSE OSMOSIS OR OTHER SIMILAR CLEANING UP PROCESSES WHICH WOULD REMOVE THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE FERMENTED BEVERAGE, LEAVING NEUTRAL ETHYL ALCOHOL. THIS ALCOHOLIC STRENGTH OF THIS PRODUCT IS NOT INCREASED BY FORTIFICATION, AND IT RETAINS THE CHARACTERISTICS OF A FERMENTED APPLE BEVERAGE.
