Filter cartridges for processing fluids made of plastic materials. The filtration media is made of spunbond polypropylene (PP) microfibers which can be pleated or spiral wound. Other elements (core, outer guard, end caps) are made of polypropylene by extrusion process. Gaskets or O-rings used as seals are made of plastic or rubber. A membrane/vent filter Membrane is placed over an air vent in the back of the asset tracker, this then resists the penetration of low surface tension contaminates such as cleaning agents, detergents, and oils. EPTFE membrane treated with an oleophobic coating. A membrane filter media and a polyester scrim are laminated together. This process will produce a large 14” wide master roll. Final parts are then run through our rewind inspection and QA processes.
