El EUDR (reglamento 2023/1115) prohibe la comercializacion en el mercado de la UE de productos vinculados a la deforestacion para 7 materias primas: soja, carne de vacuno, aceite de palma, madera, cacao, cafe y caucho. Esta herramienta verifica si sus codigos NC figuran en el anexo I del reglamento. Aplicable a partir de diciembre de 2026 para grandes empresas y junio de 2027 para pymes.

Preguntas frecuentes sobre el EUDR
- ¿Que es el EUDR?
- El EUDR (EU Deforestation Regulation, reglamento 2023/1115) prohibe la comercializacion en el mercado europeo, la puesta a disposicion y la exportacion de productos vinculados a la deforestacion o la degradacion de los bosques. Cubre 7 materias primas (soja, carne de vacuno, aceite de palma, madera, cacao, cafe, caucho) y sus productos derivados.
- ¿Cuando entra en aplicacion el EUDR?
- El EUDR se aplica a partir del 30 de diciembre de 2026 para las grandes empresas y a partir del 30 de junio de 2027 para las micro y pequeñas empresas. La fecha limite para la deforestacion cero es el 31 de diciembre de 2020.
- ¿Como saber si mi producto esta cubierto?
- Verifique si el codigo NC (nomenclatura combinada) de su producto figura en el anexo I del reglamento 1115/2023. Utilice esta herramienta introduciendo su codigo NC o el nombre de su producto. Atencion: las partidas marcadas con "ex" solo cubren una parte de los productos de esa partida.
- ¿Que debo hacer si mi producto esta cubierto?
- Debe ejercer su diligencia debida antes de cualquier comercializacion o exportacion: recopilar informacion (geolocalizacion de parcelas, proveedores), evaluar los riesgos de deforestacion y mitigar los riesgos identificados. Consulte nuestra guia EUDR para los pasos detallados.
- ¿Son suficientes las certificaciones (FSC, RSPO) para el EUDR?
- No. Las certificaciones voluntarias (FSC, PEFC, RSPO, Rainforest Alliance) pueden utilizarse como elementos de la diligencia debida para la evaluacion de riesgos, pero no son suficientes por si solas para demostrar el cumplimiento del EUDR. El operador sigue siendo responsable de todo el proceso de diligencia debida.
