To qualify for the EU-Algeria preferential rate on HS 1301, products must satisfy the origin rule of type change of tariff heading (CTH). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture from materials of any heading, except that of the product, in which the value of all materials of Chapter 17 used does not exceed 30% of the ex-works price of the product
