To qualify for the EU-Australia preferential rate on HS 2820, products must satisfy the origin rule of type regional value content (RVC). 2 specific rules apply to this code under this agreement.
The good has a Regional Value Content (RVC) as calculated under Article 4 of the Origin Reference Document of not less than 40%, whether using the build-up method or build-down method (RVC40).
