To qualify for the EU-Cameroon EPA preferential rate on HS 0301-0303, products must satisfy the origin rule of type wholly obtained (WO). A tolerance of 15% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture in which all the materials of chapter 3 used must be wholly obtained.
